I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, situated in the charming CANNAREGIO area, and very close to the train station. It was so convenient to explore the beautiful city from here. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort with its excellent room amenities. The air conditioning kept the room cool and comfortable, which was a relief during the hot weather. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, providing great service and making me feel welcome.

Very very close to Venice train station, which is the main attraction, plus on the shopping street
The furniture especially the chairs are broken & color all gone from them, bathtubs drainage was a issue as it was all choked up.
